Maabooch Kuwaiti

Maabooch Kuwaiti is a hot pepper sauce used as a pickle with the Kuwaiti rice. It comes in two different flavors. A hot red one with red chilli and garlic and a milder green one with green chillis and coriander.

The main ingredients of Maabooch Kuwaiti  is Chillies, Salt, Vinegar, Garlic, Tomato and Spices. Maabooch is made from ground hot peppers along with other aromatic spices mixed in it. You can eat it with the rice by using as a pickle along with the Kuwaiti rice.
