MH370: two more underwater 'pings' detected

Two pings were picked up on Tuesday, 1,400 miles northwest of Perth and the frequency matched those detected at the weekend. The investigators are now focusing on an area of 58,000 square kilometres in the hunt for Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370.

A Royal Australian Air Force AP-3C Orion aircraft also detected today's pings believed to be from MH370's black boxes around 15,000 feet below the surface of the Indian Ocean.
